Ứng dụng "Tokutei Pass" (sau đây gọi là "Ứng dụng", "chúng tôi") là công cụ luyện thi chứng chỉ Kỹ năng đặc định (Tokutei Ginou 1 & 2 – 特定技能) tại Nhật Bản. Ứng dụng được phát hành trên Android (gói com.songhao.tokuteipass) và dưới dạng Web PWA chạy trên trình duyệt.
Chính sách này giải thích chúng tôi xử lý thông tin như thế nào khi bạn sử dụng Ứng dụng. Bằng việc sử dụng Ứng dụng, bạn đồng ý với các nội dung trong Chính sách bảo mật này.
Chúng tôi KHÔNG yêu cầu tạo tài khoản, KHÔNG có đăng nhập và KHÔNG vận hành máy chủ riêng để lưu trữ dữ liệu của bạn. Chúng tôi không thu thập, không lưu trữ và không bán thông tin cá nhân (họ tên, email, số điện thoại, địa chỉ...) của bạn.
Toàn bộ câu hỏi thi được đóng gói sẵn trong Ứng dụng và hoạt động offline. Các dữ liệu sau chỉ được lưu cục bộ trên thiết bị của bạn (bằng shared_preferences / bộ nhớ của trình duyệt) và không bao giờ được gửi về cho chúng tôi:
Ứng dụng miễn phí và được duy trì nhờ quảng cáo. Trên Android, chúng tôi sử dụng Google AdMob để hiển thị quảng cáo biểu ngữ (banner) và quảng cáo có thưởng (rewarded) dùng để mở khóa đề thi hoặc xem lời giải thích. Trên bản Web, chúng tôi có thể hiển thị quảng cáo Google AdSense hoặc banner liên kết (affiliate) trong tương lai.
Các dịch vụ quảng cáo của Google và đối tác có thể tự động thu thập một số dữ liệu từ thiết bị của bạn, bao gồm: mã định danh quảng cáo (Advertising ID), địa chỉ IP, thông tin thiết bị và hệ điều hành, dữ liệu tương tác với quảng cáo, và vị trí xấp xỉ (coarse location) suy ra từ địa chỉ IP. Dữ liệu này do Google xử lý theo chính sách riêng của Google; chúng tôi không truy cập các dữ liệu cá nhân đó.
Quảng cáo có thể được cá nhân hóa dựa trên sở thích của bạn. Bạn có thể từ chối quảng cáo cá nhân hóa hoặc đặt lại mã định danh quảng cáo bất kỳ lúc nào: trên Android, vào Cài đặt > Google > Quảng cáo (Settings > Google > Ads) và chọn "Tắt cá nhân hóa quảng cáo" hoặc "Đặt lại mã nhận dạng quảng cáo". Ứng dụng có thể mở liên kết đến Google Play hoặc các trang web bên ngoài bằng trình duyệt / ứng dụng của thiết bị. Chúng tôi không kiểm soát nội dung và chính sách của các trang đó.
Ứng dụng chỉ yêu cầu quyền truy cập Internet, dùng duy nhất để tải và hiển thị quảng cáo. Ứng dụng không yêu cầu quyền truy cập danh bạ, camera, micro, tin nhắn, bộ nhớ ảnh hay vị trí chính xác của bạn. Nếu không có Internet, bạn vẫn có thể làm các đề thi đã mở khóa.
Ứng dụng không hướng đến trẻ em dưới 13 tuổi (hoặc dưới độ tuổi cho phép theo luật địa phương, ví dụ 16 tuổi tại một số quốc gia thuộc EU theo GDPR), và chúng tôi không cố ý thu thập thông tin cá nhân của trẻ em theo đạo luật COPPA. Nếu bạn là phụ huynh hoặc người giám hộ và cho rằng trẻ em đã cung cấp thông tin cá nhân cho chúng tôi, vui lòng liên hệ để chúng tôi xử lý. "Tokutei Pass" (hereinafter referred to as "the App", "we", "us") is a study and practice tool for the Specified Skilled Worker (Tokutei Ginou 1 & 2 – 特定技能) exams in Japan. The App is published on Android (package com.songhao.tokuteipass) and as a Web PWA running in browsers.
This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the App. By using the App, you agree to the terms described in this Privacy Policy.
We do NOT require account registration, do NOT have a login system, and do NOT operate our own servers to store your data. We do not collect, store, or sell your personal information (such as your name, email address, phone number, or home address).
All exam questions are bundled inside the App and work offline. The following data is stored strictly locally on your device (via shared_preferences / browser storage) and is never sent to us:
The App is free and supported by advertising. On Android, we use Google AdMob to display banner ads and rewarded ads used to unlock exams or view detailed explanations. On the Web version, we may display Google AdSense or affiliate banners in the future.
Google advertising services and their partners may automatically collect certain data from your device, including: Advertising ID, IP address, device and operating system information, ad interaction data, and coarse location inferred from your IP address. This data is processed by Google under Google's own privacy policies; we do not access such personal data.
Ads may be personalized based on your interests. You can opt out of personalized advertising or reset your Advertising ID at any time: on Android, go to Settings > Google > Ads and select "Opt out of Ads Personalization" or "Reset advertising ID". You can also manage your preferences via Google's Ad Settings page below.
On the website tokutei-pass.com: third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on those visits. How AdMob collects and uses data
The App may open links to Google Play or external websites using your device's browser or apps. We have no control over the content or privacy practices of those sites.
The App only requests the Internet permission, used solely to load and display advertisements. The App does not request access to your contacts, camera, microphone, messages, photo library, or precise location. Without an Internet connection, you can still take any exams you have already unlocked.
The App is not directed at children under 13 years of age (or under the applicable age of consent under local law, such as 16 in certain EU countries under the GDPR), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under COPPA. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can take appropriate action. Because the App does not store personal information on any server, we do not actually hold such data.
Your study progress resides only on your device and is protected by the security mechanisms of your operating system or browser. We do not transmit this data over the network. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please keep your device secure and update your operating system regularly.
You have full control over your data. Because all study data is stored locally, you can delete all of it at any time:

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any new version will be posted directly within the App along with the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.

Di situs tokutei-pass.com: vendor pihak ketiga, termasuk Google, menggunakan cookie untuk menampilkan iklan berdasarkan kunjungan Anda sebelumnya ke situs ini atau situs lain.
