These terms apply to the website tokutei-pass.com and the Tokutei Pass app (together, the "service"). By using the service you agree to these terms.

2. Purpose of use

The service provides practice questions, explanations and lessons to help you prepare for the Specified Skilled Worker (特定技能) exams, for personal, non-commercial study. The service is currently free.

3. Content and accuracy

Questions, explanations and lessons are written by Tokutei Pass based on public study texts and exam standards; they are not real exam questions. We aim for accuracy but do not guarantee that content is complete, up to date or error-free, and we do not guarantee exam results. For official exam information, please refer to the exam body.

4. Copyright

All questions, explanations, lessons, illustrations and the interface belong to Tokutei Pass (SONGHAO). Copying, automated collection (scraping), reposting or redistributing any part of the content without written permission is prohibited.

5. Prohibited conduct

You must not interfere with or overload the systems, access the service in bulk with automated tools, reverse-engineer or modify the app, or use the service for unlawful or harmful purposes.

6. Ads and third-party services

The service may show Google ads (AdSense, AdMob) and uses Google Analytics. How these services collect and use data is described in the Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the content of linked or advertised external websites.

7. Changes and termination

We may change, suspend or end all or part of the service and update these terms without notice. Updated terms take effect when posted on this page.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Tokutei Pass is not liable for damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service.
